At Pumps, we want you to walk with confidence in your new footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Pumps
Place the shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
